Joining a bus

Open the invitation link or choose “Join with a code” after signing in. A group invitation link can be reused by invited families for 7 days unless the organizer deactivates it. Ask the organizer for a new link if it expires. A family-sharing invitation connects one other parent or guardian and is also valid for 7 days unless deactivated.

Changing a ride

Select one or more dates on My Bus, choose To school or From school, then tap your child’s seat. Choosing the value that matches the repeating routine removes the override.

Managing family schedules

Open Family to add or remove a child, choose their buses, personalize their tile, and manage repeating weeks.

Sharing feedback

Open Settings and choose Share feedback. On desktop, the Feedback tab at the right edge opens the same private form.

Account deletion

Open Settings and choose Delete account. Full instructions are available on the account deletion page.
