Terms of Use

Walking School Bus is a coordination tool for parents and guardians. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information.

Safety

The app does not provide transportation, supervision, emergency response, background checks, or safety guarantees. Adults remain responsible for children, routes, handoffs, permissions, and emergency plans. Always call local emergency services when immediate help is needed.

Accounts and invitations

Keep account credentials and invitation codes secure. Share group invitation links only with the families you intend to invite. Family-sharing links are for one other parent or guardian. You are responsible for information entered or shared from your account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, impersonate another person, disrupt access, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access a bus without permission.

Availability

The service may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Schedule information should be confirmed directly when timing or safety is critical.

Content and deletion

You retain responsibility for the information you provide. You may remove content or delete your account in the app. Shared bus information may continue to exist when another authorized member owns or maintains the bus.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the updated terms.
